Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 level scoop of 100% Whey Vanilla
  • 1 Banana, peeled and chopped (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 Small apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 Cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 Cup of milk (or milk substitute if you prefer)
  • Add as much ice as you like
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
