Ingredients- Low Calorie Option

  • 1 scoop of completegreen™ protein
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 small banana

Ingredients- High Calcium Option

  • 1 scoop of completegreen™ protein
  • 1 cup of almond, rice, or hemp milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 small banana

Instructions

  1. Add your choice of liquid to the blender
  2. Add scoop of completegreen™ protein Powder
  3. Add frozen fruit and banana
  4. Blend until completely smooth
