Berry Nuts Protein Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 level scoop of 100% Whey Vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup dry oats
  • 1 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp unpasturized honey
  • 1/3 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Cook the oats in one cup of water and mix in the rest of the ingredients
