Brownie Batter Protein Balls

These Brownie Batter Protein Balls are simple to make (only six ingredients!) and are absolutely delicious. Happy snacking!

Brownie Batter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add walnuts and dates to a food processor. Process until crumbly.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and process until a ‘dough’ like consistency is reached.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop the dough and roll into balls. (will make approximately 10-12 balls). Place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Place in freezer for an hour to set. Once set, transfer the balls to an air container.

Tip: If the batter is dry, gradually add in more almond milk. (1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistency is reached) Feel free to add in 1 tbsp. of honey or maple syrup if you prefer something a bit sweeter!
