Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Swirl

A perfect on-the-go breakfast shake that combines protein, fibre and fruit.

Tip:

The recipe calls for chocolate flavoured protein. If you have the Vanilla or Unflavoured whey protein, simply add cocoa or chocolate syrup to your taste.

Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Swirl

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Chocolate)
  • 1 c (250 ml) milk or milk alternative
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ c (62.5 ml) oatmeal
  • ½ c (125 ml) crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. Pour milk or milk alternative into blender.
  2. Add banana, oatmeal and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
  3. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
