Chocolate & Caramel Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Cup almond flour
  • 2 Scoops of LeanFit 100% Whey Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4-5 Tbsp Walden Farms caramel syrup (depends on how sweet you like it)
  • 1/8 Cup erythritol
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 4.5 oz cream cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Bake for 10 min on 350 degrees Fahrenheit
