Chocolate & Caramel Protein Muffins

Switch up your usual smoothie routine with these delicious Chocolate & Caramel protein muffins. A perfect sweet-tooth pairing to a nice warm drink!
Chocolate & Caramel Protein Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Cup almond flour
- 2 Scoops of LeanFit 100% Whey Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 3 Eggs
- 4-5 Tbsp Walden Farms caramel syrup (depends on how sweet you like it)
- 1/8 Cup erythritol
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 4.5 oz cream cheese
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Bake for 10 min on 350 degrees Fahrenheit
