Chocolate Mint Protein Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sunbutter or nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1/3 cup LeanFit Naturals Whey Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seed
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp VitaFiber IMO syrup or maple syrup/honey
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure mint extract

Instructions:

  1. Process all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Form balls with hands.
  3. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
  4. Yield 12.

Tip: Pick some mint leaves in your backyard for garnish!
