Dairy-Free Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop completegreen protein
  • 1/4 –1/2 Cup of egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. of unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together
  2. Add nuts, seeds, unsweetened coconut, berries, oats, coconut flour or any other preferred addition.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased frying pan and cook at medium heat, flipping once half way through cooking time.
  4. Top with peanut butter, jam, applesauce, maple syrup or any other preferred topping.
