Delicious and dairy-free, these pancakes can be eaten at any time of the day.
Dairy-Free Protein Pancakes
- 1 scoop completegreen protein
- 1/4 –1/2 Cup of egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. of unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- Whisk all ingredients together
- Add nuts, seeds, unsweetened coconut, berries, oats, coconut flour or any other preferred addition.
- Pour the mixture into a greased frying pan and cook at medium heat, flipping once half way through cooking time.
- Top with peanut butter, jam, applesauce, maple syrup or any other preferred topping.
