Certified Nutrition Coach and LeanFit Ambassador Lindsay has a green smoothie almost every day. It’s a great way to load up on your greens in one go.
A green smoothie has countless possibilities but one of Lindsay’s favorite/easiest combo is below:
- 1 scoop completegreen protein
- 1 Cup of frozen strawberries
- 1.5 Cups of spinach
- 1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed
- A splash of lemon juice
- A plash of pineapple juice
Mixing lemon into your green smoothies helps to cut the bitterness from the greens.
Lindsay recommends switching up the leafy greens from week to week to support optimal digestive function.
