Mocha Protein Bars

Mix your favourite cold brew coffee with a spike of protein and dark chocolate for a high energy snack or treat! These are best enjoyed as a mid afternoon kick or in between meals.

Mocha Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Almond or Oat Flour (Ground up Almonds or ground up oats to make your own)
  • 1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs (Or chocolate chips)
  • 1/4 Cup Cold Brewed Coffee
  • 2 Scoops LeanFit Unflavoured Whey
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Stevia (Or sweetener of choice)

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the coconut flour, almond/oat flour, whey, cocoa powder, and cacao nibs in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the cold brewed coffee.
  3. Separate “dough” into 4-6 bars and top with melted chocolate chips and cacao nibs.
  4. Refrigerate bars for 20 minutes.
