Oatmeal Almond Blast
- 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Plain)
- 1 c (250 ml) milk or soy milk
- ½ c (125 ml) dry oatmeal
- ½ c (125 ml) raisins
- 6 shredded almonds
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Pour milk or soy milk into blender.
- Add oatmeal, raisins, almonds, honey and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
