Oatmeal Almond Blast

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Plain)
  • 1 c (250 ml) milk or soy milk
  • ½ c (125 ml) dry oatmeal
  • ½ c (125 ml) raisins
  • 6 shredded almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pour milk or soy milk into blender.
  2. Add oatmeal, raisins, almonds, honey and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
  3. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
