Peanut Butter and Banana Milkshake

This is a kid-friendly delicious shake full of protein, fibre and calcium. This recipe covers all four recommended food groups and is the perfect on-the-go breakfast or after-school snack.

Tip:

To save even more time in the morning, put all ingredients, except the milk and ice cubes, in the blender the night before and store in the fridge.

Tip:

If there are any leftovers they can be stored in Popsicle molds for a frozen treat.

Peanut Butter & Banana Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop of Whey Protein
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 small banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • 1/2 C of Oatmeal

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
