Peanut Butter Proats

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of 100% Whey Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats (cooked)
  • 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 – 1 banana

Instructions:

  1. Cook oats according to package directions
  2. Stir in peanut butter and whey protein
  3. Top with bananas and other toppings if desired.

Approximate Value: 13g fat, 39g carbs, and 35g of protein
