Protein Oatmeal Pancakes

Start your morning off with these delicious and high protein pancakes.


  • 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Plain or Vanilla)
  • 1/3 c (83 ml) oatmeal
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • dash of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 tsp brown sugar


  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and allow mixture to thicken for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Pour onto preheated frying pan or griddle.
  3. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Garnish with fresh strawberries or sugar free syrup.

Makes 1-2 servings.
