These homemade Puffed Rice Protein Brownies will fuel your gains and your sweet tooth! Mix, freeze, cut & enjoy. This healthy dessert is sugar, dairy, and gluten free.

Puffed Rice Protein Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 Cups Natures Path Organic brown rice cereal
  • 2 Scoops LeanFit completegreen protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
  • 1/2 Cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Cup almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to a glass dish and flatten out the mixture.
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.
  4. Cut and enjoy!
  5. Makes around 20 squares.
