Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This recipe is a perfect way to use up leftover canned pumpkin and fortify your smoothie.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 level scoop of 100% Whey Vanilla
  • 1/2 C canned pure pumpkin
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C plain or vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup of ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
