Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

We’re celebrating the start of Fall with a twist on a pumpkin spice latte.

This version includes a serving of fruits and vegetables and 22 grams of protein! It’s also high in fibre, iron, Vitamin A and Calcium.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop LeanFit vanilla completegreen protein
  • 3 ice cubes
  • ¼ cup pure pumpkin purée
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp pecan pieces
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ tbsp honey (or vegan alternative)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (except pecans) until smooth.
  2. Garnish with toasted pecans
  3. Pour and enjoy!
