Quinoa Power Breakfast
- 1/3 Cup quinoa flakes
- ¾-1cup of boiling water
- 1 Scoop of LeanFit Protein Vanilla or Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp flax power cereal
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Cup frozen blueberries or preferred frozen fruit
- Add quinoa flakes to boiling water, stir and cover for approximately 3 minutes
- Stir together rest of the ingredients and add to quinoa once cooked.
