To make your own super shake include your choice of 1 healthy fat, 1 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, and 1 topper.

Super Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 level scoop of LeanFit Isolate
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2-3 carrots or 1 Cup of spinach
  • A couple of apples (or fruit of choice)
  • Add liquid to taste

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
