Very Berry Shake


  • 1 scoop LeanFit Whey protein powder (Plain)
  • 1 c (250 ml) pineapple juice, milk or soy milk
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ c (125 ml) frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries or blueberries)
  • ½ c (125 ml) crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)


  1. Pour juice, milk or soy milk into blender.
  2. Add sliced banana, berries, honey and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
  3. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
