Banana Split Shake

A healthy alternative to the classic ice cream treat.

Banana Split

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Vanilla)
  • 1 c (250 ml) water, milk or milk alternative
  • ¼ c (62.5 ml) chopped pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • ½ c (125 ml) crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. Pour liquid of choice into blender.
  2. Add chopped pineapple, banana, frozen strawberries and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
  3. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
