Blueberry Banana Chia Parfait



  • ¾ cup vanilla-flavoured almond milk
  • 2 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup plain Rolling Meadow Dairy Yogurt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp LeanFit All-in-One protein powder (whey or plant based can be subbed)
  • ½ a banana (sliced)
  • ½ cup of frozen berries
  • Instructions:

      The night before:
      Chia Pudding

    • Stir the almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract and honey to make your base chia seed pudding.
    • Cover the mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate until it thickens. (Two hours or overnight works best!)
      Yogurt mix:

    • Mix the yogourt, cinnamon and protein powder together.
    • Refrigerate until morning.
        Morning assembly:
    1. Add ½ of your chia pudding the base of your container.
    2. Layer ½ of the yogurt mixture on top of your chia pudding.
    3. Add half of your berries and banana.
    4. Repeat steps 1-3.
    5. Grab a spoon and dig in. Enjoy!
      Serves: 1 Soak time: 2 hours or overnight Prep time: 5 minutes
