Blueberry Chia Pudding



  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop LeanFit Whey Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. hemp hearts


  1. Mix 3 tbsp. of chia seeds with 3/4 cup of almond milk in a air-tight container. Shake vigorously.
  2. In 20 minutes, shake it again.
  3. Allow the pudding to set for at least 2 hours in the fridge. (Overnight is best!)
  4. After the 2 hours, or in the morning, stir in a scoop of your favourite protein powder.
  5. Top the pudding with blueberries, pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts.
