Cacao Cashew Protein Truffles

Six nutritious ingredients + five minutes of your time = delicious protein truffles! These truffles are vegan, dairy-free and naturally sweetened.

Cacao Cashew Protein Truffles




  1. Add all ingredients to food processor.
  2. Process ingredients until a dough like consistency has been reached.
  3. Scoop out approx. 1 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball.
  4. Repeat until all the dough has been used.
  5. Dust with cacao powder!

Tip: If you don’t have a strong food processor, you may want to soak your dates & cashews to soften them!
