Classic Chia Seed Protein Pudding

A healthy, classic Chia Seed Protein Pudding, full of fibre and omega-3’s! Prepare the night before for breakfast, or indulge as a healthy dessert.

Classic Chia Seed Protein Pudding




  1. Mix chia seeds and almond milk together in airtight container.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Allow mixture to sit for 20 minutes and shake again.
  4. Refrigerate the pudding to sit for a minimum of 2 hours. (Overnight is best!)
  5. Once the pudding has set, stir in a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  6. Add toppings! My favourites include berries, nuts and hemp hearts. (If you would like your pudding to be a little sweeter, trying adding honey or maple syrup!)
