- 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Chocolate)
- ½ c (125 ml) cold coffee
- ½ c (125 ml) milk or soy milk
- ¼ c (62.5 ml) non-fat frozen yogurt
- ½ c (125 ml) crushed ice
- Pour milk, or soy milk and cold coffee into blender.
- Add frozen yogurt and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
