Mocha-chino Fix

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Chocolate)
  • ½ c (125 ml) cold coffee
  • ½ c (125 ml) milk or soy milk
  • ¼ c (62.5 ml) non-fat frozen yogurt
  • ½ c (125 ml) crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. Pour milk, or soy milk and cold coffee into blender.
  2. Add frozen yogurt and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
  3. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
