To save even more time in the morning, put all ingredients, except the milk and ice cubes, in the blender the night before and store in the fridge.
If there are any leftovers they can be stored in Popsicle molds for a frozen treat.
Peanut Butter & Banana Milkshake Recipe
- 1/2 scoop of Whey Protein
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 small banana (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cocoa (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- 1/2 C of Oatmeal
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
