Peanut Butter Proats
- 1 scoop of 100% Whey Chocolate
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats (cooked)
- 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
- 1/2 – 1 banana
- Cook oats according to package directions
- Stir in peanut butter and whey protein
- Top with bananas and other toppings if desired.
Approximate Value: 13g fat, 39g carbs, and 35g of protein
