Peppermint Protein Brownies

These Peppermint Protein Brownies are flourless, dense and chewy – not to mention they are made in a blender! With just the right amount of peppermint to balance out the chocolate, they are sure to put you in the holiday spirit.

Peppermint Protein Brownies





  • 1/3 Cup (75mL) pumpkin purée
  • 2 Tbsp (12 g) powdered peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp (5 g) cocoa powder


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into small baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  4. While baking, prepare frosting.
  5. Once cooled, spread frosting evenly and slice into 9 pieces.
