Protein Cheesy Bread Garlic Knots

Protein Cheesy Bread Garlic Knots



  • 2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup LeanFit Unflavoured Whey Protein
  • 2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tsp Sea salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (lightly flavoured)
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer, mix in all wet ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate dough for 6-12h.
  4. Between two pieces of parchment paper, roll out the dough.
  5. Cut the dough into strips lengthwise and twist.
  6. In an oven preheated to 350F, bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 5 more minutes at 350F.
  9. Broil 2 minutes until cheese is crispy.

Tips: Refrigerating the dough makes it less sticky and easier to manipulate. Roll the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
