Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- 1 level scoop of 100% Whey Vanilla
- 1/2 C canned pure pumpkin
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 C plain or vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup of ice (optional)
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
