Flavour your plain yoghurt with pumpkin and spices for a perfect Fall treat.
Pumpkin Tofu Yogurt
- 2 scoops LeanFit whey protein powder (Plain or Vanilla)
- 2 ½ c (625 ml) plain low-fat yogurt
- 6 oz medium-firm tofu (optional)
- 1 ¾ c (437.5 ml) canned pure pumpkin
- ½ tsp cinnamon and ginger or pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp sugar free vanilla syrup (optional, recommended if using unflavoured protein)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.
