Flavour your plain yoghurt with pumpkin and spices for a perfect Fall treat.

Pumpkin Tofu Yogurt



  • 2 scoops LeanFit whey protein powder (Plain or Vanilla)
  • 2 ½ c (625 ml) plain low-fat yogurt
  • 6 oz medium-firm tofu (optional)
  • 1 ¾ c (437.5 ml) canned pure pumpkin
  • ½ tsp cinnamon and ginger or pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp sugar free vanilla syrup (optional, recommended if using unflavoured protein)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.
