Quinoa Power Breakfast



  • 1/3 Cup quinoa flakes
  • ¾-1cup of boiling water
  • 1 Scoop of LeanFit Protein Vanilla or Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp flax power cereal
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries or preferred frozen fruit


    1. Add quinoa flakes to boiling water, stir and cover for approximately 3 minutes
    2. Stir together rest of the ingredients and add to quinoa once cooked.
