- 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp of LeanFit All-in-One protein powder
or completegreen protein for vegan option.
- 1/2 a banana (sliced)
- handful of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup homemade granola (recipe to come!)
- Blend all base layer ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a medium sized bowl.
- Layer your toppings!
