LeanFit ambassador, health and wellness writer Joshua shares one of his go-to super-shake recipes below.
To make your own super shake include your choice of 1 healthy fat, 1 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, and 1 topper.
- 1 level scoop of LeanFit Isolate
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2-3 carrots or 1 Cup of spinach
- A couple of apples (or fruit of choice)
- Add liquid to taste
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
