Vanilla-Ice Power Shake
- 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Vanilla)
- 1 c (250 ml) orange juice, pineapple juice, milk or soy milk
- 1 large ripe banana
- ½ c (125 ml) crushed ice
- Pour water, juice, milk or soy milk into blender.
- Add sliced banana and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
