Vegan Chocolate Protein Mousse

If you’re reaching for a late night healthy dessert, this Vegan Chocolate Protein Mousse is perfect in flavour and texture until the very last bite!
Vegan Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients:
- 170 g (2/5 of package) silken tofu
- 1 scoop (30 g) LeanFit completegreen protein powder
- 2 T (10 g) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp (5 g) agave nectar*, or to taste
- splash of water, if needed
Instructions:
- Blend all of the ingredients in a small food processor.
- Pour into glass and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Top with chocolate shavings and raspberries.
Tip: Honey can be used if not vegan.
