Very Berry Shake
- 1 scoop LeanFit Whey protein powder (Plain)
- 1 c (250 ml) pineapple juice, milk or soy milk
- ½ ripe banana
- ½ c (125 ml) frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries or blueberries)
- ½ c (125 ml) crushed ice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Pour juice, milk or soy milk into blender.
- Add sliced banana, berries, honey and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
