Easy Morning Muffins
Start your morning off right with these mini oatmeal muffins packed with protein & greens!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats1 scoop of LEANFIT PLANT-BASED PROTEIN AND GREENS™ Vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
½ cup applesauce (unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the egg, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Lightly spray muffin pan and spoon the batter evenly into muffin molds.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 15 minutes, or until lightly brown.
- Allow to cool, remove from pan, keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
Tip: Double or triple this recipe and store in freezer for convenient and easy mornings!
