U.S. Shipping Policy

LEANFIT® currently ships to Canada and the U.S. (some restrictions apply) *. Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable.

Shipping Information

LEANFIT® offers free standard shipping (3-6 business days depending on where you are located) on all merchandise orders with U.S. addresses that are $50 and over (excluding taxes). For orders totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $8.95 for standard shipping. Your shipping address must be in the U.S. Please refer to your order and post-purchase email notifications for the most up-to-date information.

Please note that your order will also need some time to be processed before it gets sent out for delivery.

During checkout, you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges, in US dollars before you place your order. Your method of payment will be charged in US dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout.

*We are unable to ship to the following U.S. locations at this time: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped during business days from Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S. Packages shipped to U.S. addresses do not require a signature for delivery. Our primary shipping carrier is Amazon. In some cases, your order will be shipped through an alternative shipping carrier. If possible, please provide a street address as our shipping carriers have a difficult time delivering to PO boxes.

Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather, public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services, or if shipping to remote areas.

Delays due to COVID-19

We are currently experiencing delays with shipments due to COVID-19, therefore your order may take a few extra days to ship. Our shipping carrier has advised us that they are experiencing delays due to a significant increase in parcel volumes while also abiding by social distancing requirements. Thanks for your patience.

Order Tracking & Status

Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, products ordered and prices, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. If you have any additional questions about your order, please email us at info@leanfit.com and include your order number so we can help.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will include shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your order, please click on the tracking number in your email.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you decide to use a parcel forwarding company, LEANFIT® will not be responsible for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing, stolen, or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
