Peanut Butter & Banana Milkshake
Here's one for the family, delicious and packed full of protein, fibre and calcium. Top tip; pour the smoothie into ice lolly moulds... you're welcome ;)
Ingredients
1/2 scoop of LEANFIT vanilla whey or completegreens protein
1 cup of milk
1 small banana (frozen or fresh)
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
1/2 C of Oatmeal
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Blend until smooth
